The challenge.
Earthquake alert systems typically provide real-time or historical data, which is reactive. The challenge was to create a proactive public safety tool by leveraging artificial intelligence to analyze data and provide probability-based predictions. We needed to design an intuitive mobile interface that could take complex seismic data from the USGS and make it easily understandable, actionable, and accessible to a global audience.

To move from reactive to proactive, we built the app around an AI-powered predictive engine. Our strategy focused on delivering critical information through a clear, data-rich interface.
